Our colocation experts help you; assess the amount of space you need within our data centre, schedule installation, and plan for on-going management if necessary.
The amount of space required is based on the size of your server solution and can range from a single server to multiple racks.
Once the space is reserved in our data centre, the next step is to deliver the equipment, which you can do in person or via a third party.
In either case our infrastructure engineers will ensure your hardware is safely installed.
You can manage your solution via remote access or a simple visit to the data centre. This can be scheduled at any time. Unlike other providers, ICONZ does not charge for data centre visits.
In addition, support technicians are on hand 24/7 to assist with manual reboots as well as onsite troubleshooting.
